Noa, Yael, Amir
Noa operates the laser. She trained for that work with a senior operator and she keeps the practice current. She is not a doctor, and she will correct you if you call her one. Most refusals are hers: the tan, the medicine, the skin that does not look ready. She would rather send you back down the stair than begin an hour she does not believe in.
Yael keeps the facials and the brows. Her work is cosmetic care of the surface, done slowly. She will not treat a face that should be in a physician's office, and she will say so early. If you are booking skin, you are booking her, unless the note says otherwise.
Amir keeps the book and meets you at the door. On the days Noa is away, he also operates the laser. He was trained in the studio for that, on the studio's device, and he does not do it as a sideline he invented. The same rules apply when he is the one in the room: consultation first, patch test before a session, refusal when refusal is the careful answer. He answers the WhatsApp messages. A reply from him is not yet a held hour. The hour is held when the message says it is confirmed.
We do not publish portraits. The room is the subject, not our faces. If you need to know who will meet you, ask when you write, and we will say the first name.
The company
Pulse Atelier Ltd. In Hebrew, פולס אטלייה בע״מ. Company number 514829167. The studio provides laser hair reduction and non-medical skin care to the public. It does not provide hospital care, it does not diagnose, and it does not sell a laser for use outside the room.
The address is 40 HaRoe Street, Floor 2, Ramat Gan 5240103, Israel. In Hebrew, רחוב הרא״ה 40, קומה 2, רמת גן. The postal code is the seven-digit code for this building. The entrance is the residential stair, not a clinic canopy. If you are looking for a hospital, you are on the wrong street.

Hours
Friday stops at 13:00 so the afternoon is left alone. Saturday the studio does not book and does not answer the door. If a message arrives then, it waits until Sunday. The same is true of the eve of a public holiday: we say so when we confirm, rather than leaving you to guess.
A week in this light
The working week starts on Sunday, which still feels like the beginning when you have lived here long enough. Monday and Tuesday are the steadiest laser days. Facials gather toward the end of the week, when people want an hour that is only care. In summer the beach pulls clients out of the diary, and we let it. A tanned leg is not an emergency we try to fit in before the weekend. It is a reason the following week exists.
