Pulse Atelier

Privacy.

Consultation notes can mention your health, your skin, and the area of your body. We treat that as sensitive, and we do not keep it for long.

This note is for clients and for people who write to us. It was last set out on 29 October 2026. Pulse Atelier Ltd. (פולס אטלייה בע״מ, company no. 514829167) is the studio that decides why this information exists and how it is used. You can reach us at hello@silkskin.pro, on 03-774-2160, or at 40 HaRoe Street, Floor 2, Ramat Gan 5240103.

The law we work under

Israeli law governs this note. The statute is the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. Amendment 13 to that law has been in force since 14 August 2025. Under the amended law, personal data is data about a person who is identified or who can reasonably be identified. Information about a person's health is information of special sensitivity. A note that records a medicine, a pregnancy, a reaction of the skin, or a body area discussed for a cosmetic session sits in that serious category, even though this studio is not a hospital and does not run a medical file.

We do not need the legal label in order to be careful. We use it anyway. Access is limited. The note is not a marketing list. We do not keep it once the purpose has gone. Amendment 13 also expects data to be held only for a defined purpose, and the security rules that sit alongside the law expect a studio to look, at least once a year, at whether it is holding more than it needs. We do that.

What this website itself collects

Almost nothing. The pages are static. The booking form does not submit to a server of ours. It opens WhatsApp on your device, with a draft, and only if you have ticked the privacy yes. We do not ask you to upload a photograph of your skin, and there is no field for one. We do not run advertising cookies or analytics. The only cookie is the preference described on the cookies page, so the banner does not return.

If you email us, or telephone, the content of that message is the same kind of information as a booking note, and this page covers it.

What a consultation note may contain

Your name and a phone number. The area you want to discuss. What you choose to say about sun, medicines, pregnancy, or the state of the skin. A short line, written by Noa, Yael, or Amir, about whether we accepted the hour, refused it, or moved it. The date, and the price if a visit took place. We do not write a chart a hospital would recognise, and we do not keep images of your skin as a gallery or as a before-and-after archive. We do not collect an identity number for a booking.

That note is sensitive because of what it can imply. A record that someone discussed an intimate area, a pregnancy, or a medicine is not casual contact data. We ask for your explicit agreement before you send it from the website, and we ask again, in the room, before we write a consultation down. You can refuse. The consequence may be that we cannot book you, because we will not guess.

Why we hold it

To answer you. To decide whether we can accept a session. To remember what was agreed, including a refusal, so we do not contradict it the next time you write. To issue a receipt. We do not sell the information. We do not use it to build an advertising profile. We do not pass it to a hospital, an insurer, or a landlord. We do not use it to train anyone outside the studio.

For the health-adjacent note, we rely on your agreement. For a receipt, we also keep what tax rules require, and that copy is narrower: name, date, service, and amount, not the content of the consultation.

WhatsApp

If you send the booking draft, the message leaves this website and is handled by WhatsApp. That service has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and the message then exists on your phone and on ours. We do not control WhatsApp's systems. Please do not put more in the note than we need. A name, a phone, the area, the day, and one or two sentences are enough. Do not send a photograph.

Who can see it

Noa, Yael, and Amir. That is the studio. A bookkeeper may see an invoice, not the consultation note. We do not leave the book on the desk when the room is empty. The website has no account for a client to log into, because the notes are not stored on it.

How long we keep it

Retention is short on purpose.

Once a year we look at what we still hold and we remove what the purpose no longer supports. If you want it gone sooner, ask.

Your requests

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the consultation note. Write to hello@silkskin.pro. We aim to answer within 30 days. We will delete the consultation note unless a narrower legal duty remains, such as the invoice. We will not make that invoice into an excuse to keep the health-adjacent detail.

You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות) through the government portal at gov.il. We would rather hear from you first, and we will not make a complaint harder if you go there directly.

What we are not

We are a small studio. This website does not create a large database, and we do not pretend to appoint a public data-protection officer on the strength of a ten-page site. If a duty to notify the Authority ever applied to a database of ours, we would meet it. Requests still come to the same email, and a small studio is not an excuse for a careless note.

The site is not directed at children. We book adults. If you write about a person under 18, we will not open a file. We will ask you to speak with a doctor instead.

If we change this note, we will change the date at the top. The version that applied when you wrote is the version that covers that message.
