Terms.
These are the studio's rules for a cosmetic hour. They are not a promise of a result, and they do not turn the room into a clinic.
The studio is Pulse Atelier Ltd., פולס אטלייה בע״מ, company no. 514829167, at 40 HaRoe Street, Floor 2, Ramat Gan 5240103. This page was set out on 29 October 2026. Israeli law governs it. If a right you have under that law cannot be signed away, the right remains. These terms do not replace it.
What we are offering
Laser hair reduction, a facial, a brow tidy, and the conversation that comes first. All of it is cosmetic. It is not medicine, not a diagnosis, and not hospital care. The laser is operated by a trained person who works in the studio. It is not sold, rented, or demonstrated as a device you may use yourself. Nothing on the website is a specification, and nothing on it is an invitation to repeat the work at home.
A message from the booking page is a request. It does not hold an hour, it does not take payment, and it does not conclude a contract. The contract begins when we confirm the hour in a reply, including a reply on WhatsApp. Until that reply, either of us may drop the request without a fee. Saturday is not a day we confirm. Friday hours end at 13:00.
Consultation, patch test, and refusal
Laser requires a consultation and a patch test before any session. We do not treat on the day we meet you. We may refuse after either one, and we may refuse on the day of a later session if the skin, the sun, or what you tell us has changed.
We refuse, among other reasons, when the area is tanned or recently burned by the sun; when a medicine or a skin condition makes the session a poor idea; when the skin is broken, infected, or unexplained; when you are pregnant and the booking is laser; when you want a guarantee; or when we are simply unsure. A facial or a brow tidy can be refused on the same kind of ground. Refusal is not an insult. It is part of the service.
The consultation fee is NIS 170, VAT included, for the time in the room. If we can see at the door that we should not begin, we say so and we do not charge for a conversation we did not have. If the consultation has taken place, the fee stands, including when the answer is that we will not book a session. We do not refund it because the answer was no. We also do not change a prescription or tell you how long to pause a medicine. That question belongs to your doctor.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee hair reduction, clearance, or any particular look to the skin. We do not promise permanent removal. Results differ. Hair can return, or never quieten. A facial can leave the skin calm for an afternoon and change nothing you hoped it would change. You are paying for the hour and for the judgement used inside it, not for an outcome. A disappointing result is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. We do not publish before-and-after photographs, and a picture you have seen somewhere else is not a term of this contract.
We also do not guarantee that a confirmed hour will go ahead if, when you arrive, the skin is not in the condition we agreed. A tan you acquired after the confirmation is a usual example. In that case we do not charge the session. A consultation already paid on an earlier day is not returned.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in Israeli shekels and include value added tax at 18 percent. The menu is the price of one area for one visit. If several areas share an hour, we tell you the total before we begin, and we do not begin until you have heard it. We do not sell a prepaid course on the website. Payment is taken in the studio, by card or cash, against a receipt. This website does not charge you.
If the statutory rate of VAT changes, the price you are asked to pay will be the menu price restated with the new rate, and we will say so before you pay. We will not add a surcharge in the room that was not on the menu or agreed in the confirmation.
Cancellation
If we have confirmed an hour, please release it by 15:00 on the day before. A later cancellation, or a missed hour, may be charged at half the price of the confirmed visit. For a consultation, that charge is the consultation fee. We will not charge more than the visit that was confirmed, and we will not charge a request that was never confirmed.
We may cancel too, including for illness, a fault in the room, or a reason to refuse that we only learn late. If we cancel and the reason is ours, you do not pay for the hour that did not happen. A late arrival shortens the hour. We do not always run past the next person's time.
In the room
Women and men are booked on the same terms. You may bring a companion as far as the chair in the passage. The consultation itself is private unless you ask otherwise. We may end a visit if we are asked to do something we do not offer, if the skin should be seen by a doctor, or if the hour becomes unsafe or disrespectful. The fee for time already spent can still stand.
You are responsible for what you tell us. If you leave out a pregnancy, a medicine, or a recent burn from the sun, you have made the hour harder to judge, and we may stop it without treating that as a failure of ours.
The website
The pages are information. They are not an offer that becomes a contract when you send a form. They are not medical advice. Photographs of the rooms are of the rooms. They are not results. We may correct a price or a sentence; the confirmation we send you is the price for that hour.
Law and courts
The contract, the website, and any dispute about a visit are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, write first to hello@silkskin.pro and give us a reasonable chance to answer. That request does not take away a right to go to court, or to a regulator, where the law gives you one.
